By using this website or placing an order with Purlkrosia, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
• An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds, or for cash on delivery, once we confirm it.
• We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address. Any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Handmade products

Every piece is handmade, so small variations in colour, size and shape are natural and not defects. Photos are representative.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery is offered on eligible pincodes and order values.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

These follow our Shipping, Returns & refunds and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Our designs, photographs, text and the Purlkrosia name belong to Purlkrosia. Please don't copy them without permission.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly.

Grievances

For complaints, contact us using the details on the Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
