Ready pieces

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

Custom pieces

Custom bouquets can be cancelled free of charge before our artisan starts work, usually within 24 hours of ordering. After work has begun, we can refund the amount minus the cost of the hours already worked, because she is paid for that time.

After dispatch

Once a parcel has shipped, it can't be cancelled. If something is wrong when it arrives, see our Returns & refunds policy.
