Shipping policy

Every Purlkrosia piece is handmade, checked, and packed as a gift before it leaves us.

Dispatch

• Ready pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days of your order.
• Custom and made-to-order bouquets take 7–12 days to make. We'll share a photo on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Delivery in India

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote areas can take a little longer.
• Delivery is free on most prepaid orders. For far-off pincodes or large orders a small delivery charge may apply; it is always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash on delivery: a small amount is paid online to confirm the order, and the rest is paid in cash when it arrives.

International orders

We're starting to ship worldwide. For delivery outside India, message us on WhatsApp or email us with the pieces you'd like and your address. We'll confirm the shipping cost and send you a secure payment link.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check any time from Track your order.

Gifts

We never put prices or invoices inside the parcel when there's a gift note, so you can ship straight to the person you're gifting.

Failed delivery

If the courier can't deliver after their attempts, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Prepaid orders can be refunded, minus the shipping charge, if you prefer.
